I view my clients as multi-dimensional people — with physical, psychological and spiritual needs — who are doing the best they can to have a gratifying and meaningful life.
My role as a therapist is to assist each person to expand their awareness of self and interactions with others, including unsatisfying patterns and behaviors. I use a holistic approach, promoting wellness in all aspects of my clients' lives: emotional, relational, mental, physical, and spiritual.
The methods used to help clients reach their goals will vary, depending on the personalities of the therapist and client, as well as the particular issues the client wants to address.
